Your Next Challenge
- Develop and optimize data-intensive back-end applications, working with SQL Server, Python, and Microsoft Azure Services.
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs while ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage data management, engineering, and analytics techniques to ensure seamless data platform operations.
- Follow best practices in software development: TDD, clean code, QA, and CI/CD.
- Work closely with financial experts to build solutions tailored to banking, investment funds, and financial services.
- Provide stakeholders with clear visibility on project scope, progress, and technical challenges.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in back-end development.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on testability, optimization, and clean architecture.
- Familiarity with code quality standards and continuous delivery.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and understand the financial sector.
- Expertise in:
- Python, T-SQL, Data Modeling
- REST API development (FastAPI, Flask)
- OAuth, SSO, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, Git
- Additional experience in the following is a plus:
- AWS, GCP, Docker, DevOps, Jenkins
- Snowflake, dbt ETL, Databricks, Playwright
- Strong collaborative mindset—you enjoy sharing knowledge and working as a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (French is an asset).
